Dutch Wood Artist uses an authorised Google Drive connection for internal document and project work. It can read, create and update files created through the connection or explicitly selected for it. File names, metadata and contents are processed for the requested task; the connection does not grant access to the entire Drive. These files are not published on this website.
Selected content may be processed by the configured AI and document services to prepare drafts and carry out requested edits. Google provides file storage and account authorisation. Relevant content may also remain in task history and recovery copies. Access credentials are kept while the connection is active, and working files remain until removed. Disconnecting the account does not automatically erase previously saved files or copies; contact us to request their removal.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. Its use and transfer must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Google user data must not be used to train general-purpose AI models; configured services must support these restrictions before processing it.
Account owners can withdraw access through Google Account connections. For questions or data requests, use our contact details.
The connection is for authorised internal business use, not public registration. Only use accounts and files you are entitled to process.
